Zack is an area competitive cyclist and VP of DNA Racing.  According to the DNA Racing Facebook Page, he is suffering from a broken sternum, some broken ribs and a punctured lung.  He is still in ICU but is listed in fair condition.

I’m glad to see that the KFOR story reported on the rules of the road in their story:

According to Oklahoma State Statute, bicyclists are lawfully entitled to ride with the flow of traffic. They should bike to the far right side of the road near the white line when possible. Drivers need to give a cyclist three feet of space if they attempt to pass.
