I thought the movie was charming and unpredictable. I enjoy the telling of the story from two different viewpoints which jolts you from you preconceived ideas of the reality of the situation, i.e. The Sixth Sense. What has happened to the playful nature of this reviewer?
The connection between the Sixth Sense is a good one. However, in the Sixth Sense, the disconnect over lack of conversation was well explained by the rift between the husband and wife. I could easily believe that they just were to distant to speak. However, with this film the disconnect was never explained. Why were these two lovers never speaking? Why did they always see each other in such awkward situations? It just seemed very obvious that something was very disconnected from reality and I quickly guessed what it was. It was just not plausable for this old cynic.
