Project 365 - Day 125: Carpet Shadow
Posted on January 23, 2012
No real story here. I just liked the strong shadow falling across the carpet in the office.
Project 365 - Day 126: Waiting
Posted on January 23, 2012
I caught this picture at a local diner called Beverly’s. Waitstaff have a particularly clear way of expressing exhaustion through their body language which I think is captured in this picture.
My day was also a bit physically taxing but really good. We spent the morning getting a bunch of furniture moved into our house including Alex’s bed. Thankfully I was able to do basically nothing for the rest of the afternoon.

Project 365 - Day 127: Exposed Heart

Grace noticed this romantically shaped split walnut on the back porch. It makes for a nice picture for a fairly relaxing day.

A day with a dead iPhone is a day worth skipping.
Project 365 - Day 118: Joseph
Posted on January 19, 2012
It is probably time to stop torturing my co-workers for pictures for Project 365. However, I really liked this picture I took of Joseph at lunch. Wow, two work lunches in a week, this might become a pattern. Probably not though, I know the busy times are about to get back underway.
Project 365 - Day 117: The Birds

Project 365 - Day 113: Absolutely Nothing
Posted on January 12, 2012
That’s what I did today, absolutely nothing. In fact, I never really got out of my fuzzy slippers. I did get quite a bit of email written and caught up on a bunch of paperwork, but even then, all of my labor didn’t amount to much. It was a perfect, lazy Sunday.
Project 365 - Day 114: Just One of Those Days
Posted on January 12, 2012
Today was definitely one of those days. Woke up this morning, to find that Grace’s car had a flat tire. Had to frantically scramble to get Gwen to school and Grace to work and for me to run to work in the nick of time. Then I had to fight through the hell that is Edmond rush hour traffic to pick up Grace. Finally, to really top of the night, I changed out Grace’s tire for the spare.

Project 365 - Day 115: How I Miss You
Posted on January 12, 2012
It’s been almost two weeks since I last rode the bike and I’m really missing it. My stress levels are through the roof, I’m grumpy, tired, not sleeping well. Hopefully I can get on the bike tomorrow.
Project 365 - Day 116: Lunch Break
Posted on January 12, 2012
Most of the time, my department tends to eat lunch at our desks. However, we are all about to start an extremely large and complicated project on an insanely short deadline, so it seemed like a good day to take a proper lunch break and a group.
