Fred Kamp Profiled by KFOR

So today was a frantically busy but productive day. I spent today assembling a seemingly endless number of children’s bicycles for the Salvation Army as part of their Bucks for Bikes program which acquires brand new bicycles for needy children on Christmas. It was a great event and I got to meet some more members from OBS whom I hadn’t already met.
This is a photo from the monthly Oklahoma Bicycle Society meeting. I’ve taken on a new responsibility as vice-president of OBS. I’m nervous but also excited.
This is a little late, but on December 4th, The Oklahoman published a neat photo essay about the Buck$ 4 Bikes assembly day event:

Buck$ 4 Bikes is a program organized by The Salvation Army and the Oklahoma Bicycle Society, acquires and builds new bicycles for kids throughout the area.
