I needed to pick up some Tour de Cure save the date flyers from the American Diabetes Association for the weekend’s Oklahoma Bike Summit. They are some really nice people in that office but boy do they have some scary looking hallways. You never see anyone in the halls, just row after row of closed doors. And there is almost no sound. It is just kinda spooky.

It was an extremely uneventful Halloween for the both of us.  Pretty much exactly what I wanted.  Sometimes no excitement for a holiday is better than lots of it.

This is a photo from the monthly Oklahoma Bicycle Society meeting. I’ve taken on a new responsibility as vice-president of OBS.  I’m nervous but also excited.

Friday was just a really tough day. A day filled with fires and frustration. However, when you start with a sunrise like this, it really can’t be that bad.

I’m taking on the daunting task of creating a paperless home office. However, there is a lot of stuff to be scanned, oh my!

It as a cold and dreary day; one of those days where getting out of bed is a bit of struggle. Nothing makes a day like that into a brighter day than a spicy bowl of pho.

My favorite time of year is here. When in air is crisp and your lungs lightly burn at each breath. Got this shot at one of my favorite breather stops on the way to work.

Woke up feeling pretty low. Spent the day with Tylenol and thermometers. Hope to be back up and running tomorrow.

The pelicans have been at Lake Overholser for a while now on their way south, but I finally got there at the right time of day for a close shot.
