Project 365 - Day 120: Empty Library

Day 120: Empty Library

We are finally all prepared for Alex to move in. Of course, this now necessitates that I finally completely vacate the library which is going to become his room. I’m just amazed that I found places for all of the stuff I had crammed in this room. ;) Can’t wait for Alex to start filling it back up.

Project 365 - Day 121: Good Day

Day 121: Good Day

It’s amazing how much a good bike ride can improve a day. I always know that my work day is going to be a bit better when I see these shoes tucked under my desk. I just wish I would be better about going to bed on time, then this would be a more frequent sight.

Day 122: Gromit and Shaun

It may sound like I’m complaining, but really, it was a good day. A day of frantic effort when combined with measurable accomplishments is always a thing to be desired. Plus you can always count on a good night’s sleep on a day like this. [Read More]

Project 365 - Day 126: Waiting

I caught this picture at a local diner called Beverly’s. Waitstaff have a particularly clear way of expressing exhaustion through their body language which I think is captured in this picture. My day was also a bit physically taxing but really good. We spent the morning getting a bunch of furniture moved into our house including Alex’s bed. Thankfully I was able to do basically nothing for the rest of the afternoon. [Read More]

Project 365 - Day 127: Exposed Heart

Day 127: Exposed Heart

Grace noticed this romantically shaped split walnut on the back porch. It makes for a nice picture for a fairly relaxing day.

Tonight in Tulsa, this year’s Oklahoma Freewheel route was announced and what an exciting route it looks like it will be.
