Just Playing Around

Well I decided to do a little playing around with .NET this evening. You would not believe what a pain it is to connect .NET to a MySQL database. I finally found a nicely written .NET data provider for MySQL from a company called ByteFX. Picture of the Day Delay

Well, there will probably have to be a delay of the picture of the day for awhile. I was going to go and collect new pictures this weekend but then I went and sprained my ankle doing a particularly dangerous Nerf basketball maneuver. Hopefully, by Sunday, I can be back up and running enough to post some images.

A New Toy

Well, I’ve finally done it. I have sunk to that level of geekness from which there is no return. I went out to start my Christmas shopping and inevitably ended up with a gift for myself; a new Treo 300 smartphone. Now I’m waiting for my lunch and posting to the blog.
